Associate Software Engineer

 We’re currently looking for qualified candidates to join our team.
Perform analysis requirements, coding, perform unit and integration testing. Also, support SIT or UAT,
 implement solutions in production. Work closely with business users to define requirements
and assist technical lead in defining the technical solution.  Responsible for delivering
Technical Program Specification document. Apart from the regular development the production support
will be part of this job. Work on the Release Process Steps and Ensure Prompt Release.
 Mentor the team members and work closely with business unit.
Keep abreast of latest products and technical innovations in the marketplace as related to application supported
·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required as is the ability to work well independently
       and on a dynamic team
·         Technical Qualifications : Mainframe – COBOL, JCL, VSAM
·         Mainframe tools – XP-Editor, File-Aid, ChangeMan, ZEKE Around 3+ years of programming experience
